Ginger Bread Men - When does he become Standard Rated for VAT

A Bread Man can be both Zero Rated and Standard Rated at 20%.  A Ginger Bread Man stops being Zero Rated and becomes Standard Rated when it has more than Belly Button of Chocolate.

Tax Return Deadline Approaching

If you havn't filed your Tax Return yet now is a good time to do it.  The minimum penalty for an overdue tax return is the lower of £100 or the tax due.  If you have more than one outstanding return you can be fined up to £60 a day by HMRC.
